Each piece is created, engraved, and packed with care in our home studio. Below you’ll find a few quick answers to common questions about orders and shipping.
How long does my order take to ship?
Orders ship within 3–4 business days.
Because our items are handmade and prepared in small batches, we take a little extra time to make sure everything looks just right before it heads your way.
How will my order ship?
All orders ship via UPS with tracking.
You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on the way.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
If something arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please reach out within 14 days and we’ll make it right.
